🎉 This year’s bonus pool is personally funded with $1,000 — guaranteed.

I’ll be matching every dollar the site brings in from raffle tickets and support fees, until we hit $1,000.

If we don’t hit that by December, I’ll cover the rest myself — because teachers deserve to be seen and celebrated.

💡 How It Works:

Each support gift or donation = 1 automatic raffle entry for the teacher (regardless of amount).

Teachers don’t need to do anything extra — they’re entered automatically.

The more individual supporters you have, the better your chances!

💰 Where Does the Money Come From?

• 75% of platform revenue funds the Bonus Pool

  • This includes: raffle ticket sales, ads, optional site support

• 25% goes to running the site and spreading the word

🏅 How Are Bonuses Awarded?

At the end of the year (early December), the pool is paid out:

• 🥇 Top 3 teachers nationwide (most unique tippers)

  • 1st Place: 25% of the pool

  • 2nd Place: 15%

  • 3rd Place: 10%

• 🎟️ 5 Randomly Chosen Teachers (raffle style)

  • Each selected at random from all entries

  • Each gets 10% of the pool

• 💬 Bonus amounts are posted publicly by December each year

Supporters can also buy bonus raffle tickets ($5 each) to help a teacher get more chances at the prize.

💡 Funds from ticket sales go directly into the prize pool.
Each ticket = 1 extra entry for the teacher.
